COFFEE MORNING
A Coffee Morning is taking place on Sunday Morning 5th October 2025 in aid of Kerry Hospice Foundation and in memory of Derry (Jeremiah) O’ Leary. The coffee morning will take place from 12.30– 2.30pm in Kilcummin Recreational Hall. It would be great if you could join us and give a donation no matter how big or small. POSITIVE AGEING EXERCISE CLASS

JUNIOR SET DANCING
Junior Set Dancing continues every Friday in Kilcummin Recreational hall from 7 to 8pm for beginners and intermediates and 8 to 9pm for advanced. These classes give an opportunity for children to learn how to set dance and waltz while having fun. The classes are open to children from within and outside Kilcummin parish. SENIORS
Our Senior team have drawn Fossa in the upcoming O’Donoghue Cup campaign which will take place after the conclusion of the Senior County Football Championship. A place in the quarter final awaits the winners with Dr. Crokes the opposition.
JUNIORS
Our Junior team were defeated by Castleisland Desmonds on Saturday 1-17 to 0-15 in the McElligott Cup.
UNDER14s
Congratulations to our under 14 boys’ team who have reached the East Kerry Under 14A final after their fine 5-13 to 4-9 win over Glenflesk on Sunday morning. Leading at the break 2-6 to 1-7 the team really came out of the traps early in the second half and buoyed by a couple of early goals slowly took command of an entertaining game.
The now play Scartaglin in the final after their 3-17 to 3-7 win over Rathmore with match details to follow in due course. Watch our social media for updates.
NOVICE FINAL
Congratulations to club referee Mike Morrissey who took charge of the Kerry Petroleum Novice Football Club Championship Final between Cromane and Finuge in Fitzgerald Stadium last Saturday. Mike and his team of officials were in top form and added greatly to an entertaining and high scoring final.
UNDER 12 GIRLS
Our U12 Girls held their end of year presentations in the Klub Bar on Friday evening. Many thanks to Sadbh O Halloran, our Kerry U16 All-Ireland winner this year for presenting the medals. Well done to all involved and looking forward to seeing all the girls back in the New year.
NATIONAL CLUB DRAW
The National Club Draw is back for 2026. Running a Club comes at a cost so we are asking all Club Supporters and Members to consider purchasing a ticket which can be done by logging onto your Foireann.ie account. Tickets are €15 and all proceeds go to Kilcummin GAA Club.
There are numerous prizes on offer including cash, holiday vouchers and football and hurling packages for 2026.
QUIZ NIGHT
Our Mothers and Others are holding a fun Halloween Quiz night in the Klub Bar on Friday 24th at 8pm. The evening promises to be a fun and community-focused event, and most importantly, all proceeds will be shared equally between Temple Street Children's University Hospital and the Kilcummin Mothers & Others Football Team. Temple Street provides life-saving care to some of Ireland's sickest children, and we are proud to support the vital work they do every day. Your generosity will directly help fund essential services, equipment, and care at the hospital. Your support will help us raise valuable funds for both a national children's hospital and our local team, which promotes sport, wellness, and connection among women in our community.
