With the impending arrival of the Tidy Towns Adjudicator expected over the next few weeks, we would ask all house holders to make a special effort outside their houses to ensure it is presented at its very best. Please ensure if you are a dog owner that you take on your responsibilities associated with dog fouling on footpaths and park. We appreciate and thank you for your assistance and co-operation.

The Annual Parish Pilgrimage to Knock on Saturday, 27th June, leaving Kilcummin village @7am. Food/refreshments in Gort (optional) morning and evening. Cost €30. For more information please contact Kilcummin Post Office.
THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF OUR LADY OF LOURDES CHURCH GOLDEN JUBILEE 1976 – 2026
As we joyfully celebrate the 50th Anniversary we warmly invite all parishioners from our Parish and beyond to join us on this special day. We’re honoured to welcome Bishop Ray and all the other priest’s, we hope everyone in our community will be part of this milestone. All are warmly welcome.

KILCUMMIN GAA
GOLF CLASSIC
Kilcummin GAA Golf Classic held in May in the excellently presented Kenmare G. C. was a resounding success according to PRO Mike Riordan. The funds raised will enable the purchase of equipment to maintain their playing surfaces to a high standard. The club appreciates the sponsors, players, organising committee and general membership who supported the yearly event in a variety of ways. The overall winning team were sponsored by Corcoran’s Food Equipment and comprised of Jer Lenihan, Mary Cronin and Nicola O’ Mahony.
MASTERGEEHA FC LOTTO
There was no winner of our lotto on Friday, 12th June for the Jackpot of €8,200. Numbers drawn were 06, 08, 18, 25. Consolation prizes of €50 went to Anne Doran, Allman’s Terrace; Tommy O’Connor c/o Tom Ulick; Danny O’Donoghue, Kanturk (c/o John Cronin); Ber Fitzgerald, online. Our next draw will be on Friday 19th June for Jackpot of €8,400.
KILCUMMIN COMMUNITY GAMES
The County final of Pitch and Putt took place on the 6th of June in Tralee. Aodhán O’Halloran representing Kilcummin came first, Aodhán will now go on to Offaly and represent Kerry in the National finals in July.
ART COMPETITION
Congratulations to Dara O’Donoghue who won a gold medal in the U12 Art competition in the County Finals, also to Rachel O’Riordan who won gold in the U8 Art Competition. They now go through to the All-Ireland, which will be held on the weekend of the 5th/6th September.
