KILCUMMIN COMMUNITY CARE
Kilcummin community care will be closed for two weeks on the 4th & 11th of August for holidays and will resume on the 18th August. Community Care meet every Tuesday from 11am to 2pm in the G.A.A. hall. Hot dinner provided, free transport available. Anybody interested, please contact Mary Doyle on 064 663357 / 086 1550803.
BLOOD DONATION CLINIC
We will be returning to Killarney for a blood donation clinic on Sunday 9th August from 12 noon - 15:30, Mon 10th – Wed 12th August from 15:50 – 20:00 in The Heights Hotel. The blood supply is currently low and with a high demand for blood from our hospitals nationally, it is imperative that we continue to maintain the blood supply.

Keane's SuperValue Minor Co League Division 2 Final
Kilcummin 2-7 Firies 0-6. Well done to our minor team who captured the county league division 2 title in Listry on Monday last. Played in difficult conditions both teams provided an exciting and entertaining contest that kept the large attendance engaged to the final whistle when just seconds before that a Rory O Connor goal sealed the victory. Having led at half time 1-03 to 0-6 courtesy of a Darragh Keane goal from a penalty we gained the upper hand for long periods of the second half but had to withstand a late siege on our goal in the dying minutes to secure victory. Zach Cronin picked up the Man of the Match award but this was a great team effort and evidence of their improvement over the year. Well done to players and management team of Dave Kearney, Daniel O Leary, Willie Maher, John Herlihy and Tommy Cooper.
